Bamboo Health recommends organizations update the following areas within OpenBeds quarterly in order to ensure that information remains accurate. Organizations should review service detail listed within OpenBeds using the path indicated below from the admin menu.
Select service administration from the admin menu > Then select the name of each individual service
Each organization that receives referrals for services that are listed in OpenBeds should ensure that all details about their services are up to date. It is recommended that service details be updated once a quarter. Organizations receiving referrals should also update the days & hours in which they will choose to receive referrals through OpenBeds as needed.
The checkbox highlighted in the image below in red is the option that allows a receiving organization to list the service in which it is receiving referrals for within OpenBeds to appear on Treatment Connection. An organization should enter the dedicated email address in which notifications about referrals received through Treatment Connection should be sent.
The phone number that is desired to be displayed on Treatment Connection should be entered below if the organization desires an alternative number to be specifically listed on Treatment Connection. A brief description of the service to be shared with the public can also be indicated below. A default response can be customized by the organization for each service or program that is listed on Treatment Connection. The public user will receive the response indicated in this field when submitting a referral to the organization via Treatment Connection. Select submit at the bottom of the page to save all changes
